The Casuarina Beach Restaurant at the Dusit Laguna Resort where we meet for breakfast every Wednesday morning between 7.30 - 9.00 a.m. is located right on the beach at Bangtao Bay.

Just walk past the swimming pool at the hotel and on your left a few meters away you will see the restaurant.

They say that every dark cloud has a silver lining. This is so true in the case of Casuarinas. It was virtually destroyed by the Tsunami and little was left of what was initially called THE HUT.

But out of that sad happening came a new hope - the Hut was completely recreated in its present form providing a modern ambience and at the same time preserving its old charm. There are probably few experiences in Phuket that can beat an early breakfast at the Casuarina with Rotary members.
